After completing his medical education at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pennsylvania, Dr. Sadloo pursued specialized training at St. John's Riverside Hospital in Yonkers, New York, honing his skills in emergency medicine.

Driven by a deep-rooted passion for holistic well-being and medical aesthetics, Dr. Sadloo expanded his expertise into the fields of aesthetic medicine and regenerative medicine. This unique blend of skills and knowledge led him to embark on a transformative journey, one that would ultimately result in the creation of a thriving medspa business.

In collaboration with his wife, a highly skilled nurse practitioner, Dr. Sadloo has made it his mission to empower individuals on their journey to self-improvement and self-confidence. Marlene Damian is a compassionate and highly skilled healthcare professional with a remarkable journey in the field of nursing and aesthetics. She began her educational journey at Pace University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, laying the foundation for her remarkable career.

Marlene's dedication to patient care led her to St. John's Riverside Hospital in Yonkers, New York, where she served as a nurse, gaining invaluable experience and insights into the healthcare industry.

Driven by a relentless pursuit of excellence and a desire to expand her expertise, Marlene returned to academia, earning her Master's degree in Adult Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. This advanced training equipped her with the knowledge and skills needed to provide specialized care to patients with complex medical needs.

Marlene's journey took an exciting turn as she delved into the world of medical aesthetics. Through specialized training and a deep passion for helping people feel beautiful, she has become a trusted expert in the field. Marlene firmly believes that nurturing outer confidence and beauty is just as essential as tending to one's inner health. Fatima has been working at Najia’s for over 12 years. “I take a great deal of pride in changing my clients’ skin appearance and outlook on skincare, teaching them how important it is. I always give my best efforts to achieve great results in a calm and gentle way.”

Kaitlyn Murphy

Esthetician

 Kaitlyn is eager and ready to get her clients feeling confident and beautiful in their own skin. She is a graduate from the New York School of Esthetics. Kaitlyn continues to take courses for additional education in the field of esthetics. She currently holds certifications in laser hair removal, laser genesis, pico genesis, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning and chemical peels. 

Kaitlyn loves working with acne clients as she personally understands the struggles of acne but most importantly she loves the process of working with clients to find the best customized solution for their skin. And to be completely honest, she loves extractions! 

Kaitlyn is also a Yoga Instructor, so her passion to help her clients feel good goes deeper than the skin.

MEGAN INDIVIGLIO

Esthetician

Megan is a hardworking Esthetician who loves to connect with her clients. She is a graduate from The New York School of Esthetics and is certified in favorites that include Dermaplaning, Microneedling, Microneedling RF, Laser Genesis and Laser Hair Removal.

Megan can connect with her clients personally because she too has suffered from breakouts and problematic skin. She knows nothing is better than feeling and looking good. Megan is continuously furthering her education to help her clients achieve their goals. She is so excited to share her passion with you all!
